Feldenkrais® ~ Awareness Through Movement®

The Feldenkrais Method® of somatic education is experienced in two formats:
  • Awareness Through Movement® group classes and 
  • Functional Integration® individual private lessons.
1. Awareness Through Movement® (aka "ATM") group classes in the Pacific Northwest. 
Taught by Guild Certified Feldenkrais Teachers®.

2. Functional Integration® (aka “FI”) individual private lessons.
